We were so pleased with our experience at this auto shop. We made a same day appt to have a concerning noise checked out. Though the shop was very busy, they managed to fit us in. We were actually given the opportunity to see the car on the lift and speak with the mechanic who checked it out. We were so pleased and impressed with how we were treated and the efficiency with which the automobile diagnostic was completed.
I’ve had quite a lot of work done on my old vehicle here and all work was excellent. They treat me (and others) as a valued and respected customer. I love the little tutorial videos they text to explain some part that needs replaced. That is helpful if you are not in the industry. Fast scheduling and fast return and a courtesy ride if needed. Jackson at All County Auto was very helpful to me after I experienced an auto failure on the Florida Turnpike last week. I had the car towed to their garage and they could not have been nicer about my situation. We discussed options for me and were diligent in seeing me through. I make the trip down from Jupiter, FL just to come get my vehicles worked on by this team. My first experience was for tires and general maintenance, and the second was for a pesky A/C issue. Both times Taylor and the team were thorough and honest with what needed to be done and the work was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
