They were honest about what I needed and what I didn’t, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient—my truck was in and out in no time. We were on our way home from our road trip and got a nail in our tire and we’re losing air fast. Luckily this tire shop was close by! We came in asked for a patch and they got it done in under 25 minutes! Staff was incredibly sweet and helped us get back on the road fast. I didn’t even bring my car here (yet), but when I broke down right near the shop, the team at Total Tire of Palm City went above and beyond. They came out and helped me push my car safely off the road while I waited for a tow truck. They were kind, helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even a customer, I can only imagine the amazing service they provide their actual customers. Truly grateful!!
